Matthew Buchanan

Matthew has been a registered valuer since 1985. He has had extensive experience in the valuation and finance sectors working in a number of different locations around the North Island.Now based in Warkworth Matthew provides valuations for large economic farms, forestry land, coastal, residential and lifestyle properties.
Matthew is married to Ingrid Anderson a well known Textile Designer with 3 very active near adult boys. He enjoys family activities on land and water, sport and having fun.

Andrew Wiseman

Andrew has 28 years professional experience in the Northland District. His current interests include commercial property management, subdivision management, land acquisition and disposal, marketing supervision and administration of farm leases.
Bob Malone
• Diploma in Urban Valuation, Auckland University 1971

• Fellow of NZ Property Institute (FPINZ)

• Currently serving as the Northland representative on NZIV Council
Bob has been a registered valuer since 1972 with an emphasis on the commercial and industrial sectors in Northland, mainly in Whangarei city.
Bill Burgess

Bill’s career has provided a broad range of valuation experience. Bill now specializes in the valuation of rural and residential property, Land Valuation Tribunal and High Court hearings and compensation assessments pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981.
Dave McGee
• Former Branch Accountant for Landcorp Farming Limited
• Property manager of the former Transit Region 1 Northland portfolio.
Dave attends to management of commercial and residential property portfolios and is responsible for Office Management.
Sallie Harnett
• Graduate Diploma in Business Studies majoring in Urban Valuation, completed in 2008 at Massey University, Albany complex.
• Affiliate member of the New Zealand Property Institute.
Sallie assists with the valuation of residential and lifestyle property
